Shipping Policy

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the Website https://mensgrooming.vijohngroup.com/ by Vi-John.

2. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Time

  • We deliver across India (unless specified otherwise).

  • Estimated delivery time is 4-5 working days from date of dispatch (which may differ from date of order). Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

  • Delivery time may vary due to location (rural/remote), courier partner capacity, or other factors.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping: Free for orders above Rs499.

  • For orders below that value: shipping charge of Rs 50.

  • Prepaid orders only: We currently ship only orders paid in advance via the Website.

  • In case you choose Cash on Delivery (if available) additional COD charges may apply.

4. Dispatch & Tracking

  • Orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed, and stock is available.

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email/SMS along with tracking information.

  • It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays/losses due to incorrect address.

5. Risk & Title

Risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you when we deliver the goods to the courier. Title to the goods passes to you once we transfer them to the courier and fulfil our shipping obligations.

6. Failed Delivery & Returns to Origin

  • If the courier is unable to deliver (wrong address, recipient unavailable), the package may be returned to our warehouse and you may be charged for re-shipping.

  • If you refuse delivery, we reserve the right to deduct our actual shipping & handling costs before issuing any refund.

7. Delay Disclaimer

We will endeavour to ensure delivery within estimated time, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier disruptions, customs, natural calamities, etc.).

8. Change of Address

If you wish to change the shipping address after order placement, contact us immediately. We may not always be able to accommodate such changes once dispatch is initiated.
