By accessing or using the Website, placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our other policies (including Shipping, Refund, Privacy). Please read carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Website and place orders. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this eligibility.

2. Products, Description & Pricing

We endeavour to display the products, descriptions, pricing, availability and images accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, colours, images are completely accurate, complete or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including pricing, availability, discontinuation of products).

3. Order Acceptance & Payment

  • Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This is not necessarily acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing/email.

  • Payment is processed via Razorpay or other payment gateway(s). You agree to comply with the terms of your payment instrument and payment gateway.

  • We may refuse or cancel an order where pricing or product information is incorrect, or we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use of the Website or payment method.

4. Settlement & Payment Gateway Obligations

Because we accept online payments through Razorpay, certain rules apply:

  • We do not store or keep any data related to customers’ payment instruments (cards, UPI credentials) and will comply with applicable payment-instrument security requirements. Razorpay+1

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Title to the goods and risk passes to you when we dispatch the products and hand them over to the courier/transport partner (subject to our shipping policy).

  • Delivery times provided on the Website are estimates only; actual delivery may vary.

  • If you fail to take delivery or postpone delivery, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping/handling or cancel the order and apply cancellation charges.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  • We provide cancellation, return and refund rights as per our Refund & Return Policy (see section below).

  • Any refund will be processed only to the original payment instrument or bank account and subject to the payment gateway / financial institution timelines.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, losses or costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Website or violation of applicable law.
