Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy sets out the terms under which you may cancel orders, return products and obtain refunds on the Website https://mensgrooming.vijohngroup.com/ operated by Vi-John.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. To cancel, contact us at customercare@vijohngroup.com quoting your order number.

  • Once cancelled and confirmed, we will refund the payment (less any payment gateway charges, where applicable) to your original payment instrument within [insert number, e.g., 7-10] working days (depending on the payment gateway/bank).

2. Returns / Exchange After Delivery

  • If you wish to return or exchange a product, please inform us within 2-3 days of receipt and ensure that the product is unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging intact.

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by you .

  • We may offer exchange for the same or similar product (subject to availability) or refund as described below.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return/refund. 

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned product and verify condition, we will process refund.

  • Refund will be made to the same payment instrument used at purchase (e.g., card, UPI, netbanking) via payment gateway – Razorpay.

  • Please allow 4-5 working days for refund to reflect (depending on bank/payment instrument).

  • If you cancel before dispatch/you opt for exchange and the cost difference is negative, we will either refund the difference or ask for additional payment.

5. Shipping Costs & Deductions

  • Original shipping cost paid by you (if any) is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error or fault.

  • In case of refused delivery, return to origin, or undelivered due to incorrect address, we may deduct actual shipping & handling costs before refund.

  • Payment gateway/reversal charges (if any) may be borne by you (specify if so).

6. Incorrect / Damaged / Defective Goods

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 3-5 days of delivery and retain the product in original condition.

  • We will arrange for replacement/return pickup at our cost and refund or exchange as per your preference and availability.

7. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel your order due to non-availability, errors in pricing/description, or other reasons. In such cases we will refund the full amount via Razorpay to your original payment instrument.

8. Force Majeure & Delays

We are not liable for any delay or failure in providing refunds/returns caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (courier delays, network failures, bank delays, etc.).
